Who am I?

Artistic generalist

During the 41 years that I have been in this world, I have developed a creative versatility within me. I'm always working on a project , big or small. It just flows through my blood. So that goes from a small watercolor to building my own studio, creating this website and designing and constructing the entire garden.

Naturally, I like to be assisted in some matters by people who know their trade. This also gives me more time to focus on what really matters to me, my profession: artistic work!

For myself or by guiding others. Guiding others gives me incredible energy. I love making people shine .

I can lose myself for hours in the process of creation... That's what they call hyper-focus .

But I can also start 10 projects at the same time and possibly not finish them. It just depends on where my attention is drawn at that moment.

My training has given me a lot of extra tools to accept that part of myself and turn it into a strength.

I have found a way to stand firm in a turbulent world and I would love to share this with you during a personal session or in groups.

educations

Everywhere a new opportunity to learn

I graduated as an educator at the Royal Lyceum in Ghent. There I took my first steps in guiding people and groups in institutions and facilities for people with disabilities and also in the prison of Ghent.

As a creative therapist/coach, I followed 4 years of training at De Kleine Tiki in Breda (NL). This training gave me enough tools to implement my practice and guide people in their process of self-development.

I also trained as an ADHD coach at the Center for Evening Education. As an expert in this field, it seemed like a logical step to delve deeper into this matter. I wrote a series of 7 sessions where we work step by step on the difficulties you experience.

At the KASK in Ghent I completed the 5-year course in illustration and cartooning (comic drawing) and at the art academy in Eeklo I am in the 4th year of living model where I draw, paint and sculpt while posing live.

So I am passionate about people in all their facets. The investigation of the mind and the study of the body. An inseparable whole.
